Refund policy

Returns Policy 

Refunds will be given if your item arrives faulty. Contact and returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your purchase. 

Please provide photos and a description in your email to saleswaterlu@gmail.com

No refunds will be given if you change your mind, Credit note only. 

If your purchase does not fit an exchange or a credit note will be offered. Item must be returned within 14 days of recieving your Purchase, please notify us at saleswaterlu@gmail.com for a return. 

Postage is up to the customer to pay for both exchanges and returns.
